It has been a long time I have been getting severe pain in my shoulders and arms. I have been visiting the doctor for the problem and have been diagnosed with Arthritis and moreover its non curable. I am very much afraid of the cause. This has totally lead me to the path of darkness. I feel like my life has come to an end. I am trying not to get such ideas haunting me but I am unable to make myself to come out of this. Anyone else who is going through the same situation as mine???

I have had arthritis for a while and so do many of my family members. You have to find a routine that works for you. At first I went to a pain management doctor who gave me so much medication that I kept bumping into things. I finally found a rheumatologist who worked with me to find the right amount of medication and an exercise routine -- which I think is very helpful.
Attitude is also important. You have to think you're going to find a way to live with the disease or you'll be very depressed all of the time. There's a lot of different medications on the market. Find a doctor who will work with you to help you find what is right for you -- and you should be doing some exercise. That's very helpful as well.

I also believe that attitude is important, but arthritis can be very painful. Have you tried more than one medication for pain?

Finding the right doctor is important so it sounds as though you are on he right track.
